Konstanty has been around the Berlin tech and startup scene since 2006. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Caissa, an engineering and technology executive search firm based in Berlin as well as an active Board Member of Arrows Group, an international staffing and talent solutions business.
Konstanty has been involved in the staffing industry for nearly 2 decades helping scale ups build engineering teams, technical leadership capabilities as well as improve staff retention.
Konstanty has been a part of the Berlin tech community for 15 years and is keen to share his experience, observations and lessons from building businesses both in London and Berlin.
